Everything we at American Alarm do is about security – and life safety is our laser focus. Virtually every day at American Alarm, we’re saving someone’s life or preserving their property with our home security and business security alarm systems and services.
There aren’t many industries where you can have that impact every single day.
We invite you to watch this video and listen to our president, Wells Sampson, tell you about American Alarm in his own words.
Part of our mission at American Alarm is to provide you with the information that you need to keep your family and your home safe and secure.
That’s why we sponsor New England’s Home and Business Security Blog as a resource for people who want to learn more about the technology and processes now available to help electronically protect their homes, their families and their businesses from a range of hazards.
In keeping with that mission, we’d like to tell you a little about our company.
A family-owned and operated business, American Alarm & Communications Inc. was founded by three MIT graduates, including patriarch Richard Sampson, in 1971 – in the basement of the Sampson home. Then, like now, the entire family works hard each day to ensure the safety and security of their customers.
Even though American Alarm is over 200-employees strong – each of whom lives in New England – it is still family oriented. We think of all our customers as our neighbors.
With five locations throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire, we provide the best possible security technology and customer service to protect homes and businesses across New England.
American Alarm and its employees strive to ensure that everything we do is based on the truth and that it’s beneficial to all concerned and it’s fair and that it will build goodwill and friendships — and that has been part of our core value since the beginning.
