We’ve seen it many times—thieves cut the phone line and break into a customer’s home, only to be tracked down by police who were dispatched within seconds. Our systems have no delays and use multiple technologies to send an alarm signal.
Dual Path Monitoring. We urge all of our customers to install some form of home security system backup communication, in case the power goes out and the internet fails.
Cellular Backup. Cellular backup communication is our most popular option for dual path monitoring. Blackouts do not affect cell towers, so your alarm system will still communicate with our 24-hour Security Commend Center.
No alarm delays. It’s hard to believe, but some other alarm companies purposely program communication delays of up to four minutes into their alarm systems. This is because their systems are prone to false alarms and their distant monitoring centers can’t handle the volume. In an emergency, seconds count.
Cost effective. Our cellular and radio backup communicators cost less than traditional phone lines.
