A little background - I'm at the very end of selling my condo in a building that Instant Alarm originally had as a long time client. I have to get the Salem Fire Dept. to inspect before I can finalize my sale. It was pointed out to my realtor that there seemed to be a problem with carbon monoxide detectors in the common hallways which needed resolution before the sale could proceed. I called Debra yesterday, after 5pm, and asked for her help in getting to the root of the problem. At the end of a long day, for both of us, she was incredibly patient and supportive in trying to solve the issue. After taking her suggestions, by early morning the problem was resolved with the SFD. I sent Debra an email at 6:10 this morning with the turn of events, and she responded back to me by 6:15. Incredible.
These days it's very difficult to find such dedication to a job - and to another human in distress. Debra deserves a raise.... a big one! This is the second time that she has calmed me down and solved the problem. Kudos to the person that hired her!!!!!
After dealing with Debra over the past years, I would ONLY recommend American Alarm if you want peace of mind.
