Medical Emergency in Brookline

A medical alarm from a home in Brookline was received. Our Central Station called the home and spoke with the resident who indicated she had fallen, but was “OK”. According to the protocol for this account, our operator contacted a party on the call list and informed them of the situation. The party requested EMS be dispatched. Upon arrival, first responders reported the resident was transported to a local hospital.
