Smoking Roof in Brookline

Two separate smoke alarms were received in the early morning from a bank branch in Brookline. Firefighters were dispatched to the scene and building maintenance was alerted. Upon arrival, firefighters found a roof-top HVAC unit was malfunctioning and smoking. The unit was shut down and repairs initiated. No additional building damage was reported.
