A fire alarm from a home in Weston was received. The homeowner was traveling at the time, so firefighters were immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered a pipe had ruptured on the second floor, beginning to flood the area, which tripped the fire alarm. Water was shut off. The homeowner was notified by phone. Repairs were initiated.
