Water Leak in West Roxbury

An early morning water sensor alarm was received from the basement of a home in the West Roxbury section of Boston. Our Central Station operator reached the homeowner by phone and informed them of the alarm. The homeowner went to the basement and saw the water build-up, but the source wasn’t immediately clear. Clean-up and a search for the cause of the problem ensued.
