Video Trespass Alert in Norfolk

An alarm from a motion sensor integrated with a video camera was received from a vacant hospital complex. Our Command Center operator accessed a video clip from the camera and spotted a male wearing a hooded sweatshirt. Police were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they found a vehicle and three males loitering on the site. Police advised the men they were trespassing, and one individual was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
