Trapped in Peabody Elevator
Report: EA 02152019-1401A call was received from the emergency phone in an elevator at a Peabody business. The caller reported being stuck on the first floor of the building and the elevator doors would not open. Our Central Station operator contacted building management and they responded to free the person. Our operator communicated with the trapped person until they were released.
