Trapped in Charlestown Elevator

A call from the emergency phone of an elevator in a Charlestown apartment building was received. The female caller reported the elevator was bouncing up and down and would not open. She indicated she was claustrophobic and in distress. Our Central Station operator dispatched firefighters to effectuate a rescue.
