Trapped in Cambridge Elevator

Our Central Station received a call from the emergency phone in a Cambridge condominium building elevator. The male caller reported he was stuck in the elevator and needed help. Our operator immediately contacted Cambridge firefighters who responded to the scene. The trapped individual indicated he was very nervous, so our operator remained on the phone with him until firefighters arrived and freed him without injury.
