Trapped in Boston Elevator

A call from the emergency elevator phone at a downtown Boston office building was received. The female caller indicated three people were stuck in the elevator which had stopped near the fourth floor. Our Central Station operator alerted building management. Elevator technicians were called to the scene and eventually freed the people.
