Trapped in Boston Elevator
Report: EA 04012017-1535A call from the elevator emergency phone in an apartment building in the Brighton section of Boston was received. One male occupant reported being stuck on the lobby level of the building. Our Central Station operator contacted building management and told the person trapped that help was on the way. The subject was released from the elevator without injury.
