Trapped in Boston Elevator

A call from the emergency elevator phone at a downtown Boston building was received. Our Central Station operator was told two people were stuck in the elevator, which had stopped moving between floors. Building maintenance and the elevator company were alerted and responded to the location. The trapped individuals were freed without injury.
