Trapped in Back Bay Elevator

Our Command Center received a call from the emergency phone in an elevator of a brownstone building in Boston’s Back Bay. The caller indicated two males were stuck in the elevator that had stopped between the first floor and the basement. Building management was alerted and a technician dispatched to free the men.
