Stuck in Boston Elevator

A call from the emergency phone in an elevator in a Boston building was received. The caller reported two men were trapped in the elevator. Our Central Station operator contacted building’s on-site security personnel who responded and helped to free the men without injury. Elevator repairs were initiated.
