Pregnant Woman Trapped in Elevator

Our Central Station received an elevator emergency phone call from a medical building in Wellesley, Mass. The male caller reported that he and a pregnant woman were trapped in the stalled elevator, and the woman felt she was going into labor. Our Central Station operator dispatched firefighters who reported that the occupants were freed from the elevator and the woman transported to a local hospital.
