Medical Emergency in Fitchburg

A medical emergency alarm from an apartment in a senior citizens housing complex was received. As per protocol for this customer, our Central Station operator immediately notified the city’s Fire Department. Upon arrival, firefighters found the resident had fallen and needed medical attention. The resident was transported to a local hospital.
