Laundry Room Fire in West Roxbury

A carbon monoxide alarm from a skilled nursing facility in the West Roxbury section of Boston was received and first-responders immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, Boston firefighters reported a small fire in the laundry room had tripped the carbon monoxide detector. The fire was extinguished and the area ventilated. No injuries or widespread damage reported.
