House Break in Providence

A perimeter burglar alarm was received from a home in Providence. The homeowner was reached by phone and told our Central Station operator they were travelling out of town. Police were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, Providence police found evidence of a forced entry, though the burglar(s) had fled the scene by them, perhaps scared off by the alarm siren. An investigation ensued.
