Gas Leak in Medford

A fire alarm from a commercial block in Medford Square was received and firefighters were immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they discovered a natural gas leak in the building which had activated the alarm and sprinkler system. Utility crews were called in to shut off the gas and water. Repairs were initiated. No injuries reported.
