Carbon Monoxide in Lincoln, R.I.

A natural gas detection alarm was received from a home in Lincoln and our Central Station operator reached the homeowner by phone. The local fire department was then notified. Upon arrival, firefighters determined there was also a high level of carbon monoxide gas in the home, a potentially deadly odorless gas. The local gas company was also called to the scene to investigate. No injuries reported.
