Carbon Monoxide in Jamaica Plain

A carbon monoxide alarm was received from a home basement in the Jamaica Plain section of Boston. Our Central Station operator immediately dispatched firefighters and then called the home to warn any occupants. Firefighters confirmed high levels of the potentially deadly gas in the basement. The home was ventilated and repairs initiated. No injuries reported.
