Burst Pipe in Cambridge

A burglar alarm from a building near Central Square in Cambridge was received. After our Central Station operator was unable to reach anyone on this customer’s call list, police were notified and responded. Upon arrival, police requested firefighters be dispatched as there was a water leak flowing from the building. A broken pipe in the building’s heating system was the source. Water was shut and repairs initiated.
