Burglar Alarm at Cumberland Company

A burglar alarm was received on a Sunday morning from a company in Cumberland, Rhode Island. Our Central Station operator called the facility and then the key-holder on the company call-list, but got no answer, so police were dispatched. Upon arrival, police found a garage door to the building was opened, but there was no one on-site. A potential intruder may have been scared off by the alarm. The key-holder eventually responded and reported nothing was out of place in the building.
