Biotech Lab Alarm in Cambridge

An environmental monitoring alarm from a biotech company in Cambridge was received. The alarm indicated conditions were trending out of bounds for incubators in the facility. Our Central Station operator alerted company staff who responded to the scene. They reported a CO2 canister had unexpectedly run out. Company staff remediated the situation before any harm came to the materials in the incubators.
