Arrest at Newbury Street Store

A panic alarm from a check-out register of a luxury retail store on Newbury Street in Boston was received. Our Central Station operator immediately dispatched police. Upon follow-up with police, our operator learned a disturbance at the store prompted an employee to press the panic button. A patron at the store was arrested and police restored calm.
