Trapped in Boston Elevator 3
Report: EA 09032015-1656
An emergency call was received from an elevator in a condominium building in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. The female caller reported the elevator had stopped and she was unable to exit. Our Command Center operator notified building management and the elevator service company. Our operator stayed on the phone with the person in the elevator until the technician responded and freed her.
