Woman and Dog Stuck in Melrose Elevator

Our Command Center received a call from the emergency elevator phone at an apartment complex in Melrose. The call reported that she and her dog were trapped in the elevator, near the 7th floor. Building management was alerted and an elevator technician responded to the scene. The woman and her dog were freed without injury.
