Trapped in Boston Elevator

A late-night emergency call from an elevator of a downtown Boston restaurant was received. Several patrons trying to leave the facility were trapped. Unable to reach anyone on the restaurant’s call list, our Command Center operator notified firefighters and the elevator service company. The patrons were freed from the elevator without injury.
