Two Trapped in Cambridge Elevator

Our Command Center received a call from the emergency phone inside a Cambridge building’s elevator. The caller reported the elevator had stopped between floors and two people were trapped inside. Our operator alerted building management and a technician was dispatched to the the scene. The people were extricated safely and repairs initiated.
