Trapped in Southbridge Elevator

An emergency call from an elevator in a medical facility was received. A woman on the phone said she was stuck near the third floor and was feeling ill. Unable to reach building management quickly, our Command Center operator dispatched local firefighters. Upon arrival they were able to extricate the woman safely.  First responders reported the woman did not need additional medical attention.
