Achieving this top UL certification means that our alarm monitoring facility has highly advanced technology with the sophisticated power and communications backup systems that allow it to operate 24-7, 365 days a year, regardless of the external conditions.

UL engineers often make surprise inspections to our command center to confirm that we're in compliance with their very strict standards, and that’s fine with us. In fact, were always happy to welcome our customers to tour the command center at any time (by appointment please), to meet our staff and see first-hand how we monitor and help electronically protect homes and businesses.
