For our monitored residential customers, we provide a lifetime warrantee on the home security systems we install. We also offer a free annual wellness inspection for monitored residential customers, so we can identify and fix any maintenance issues before they become real problems. These programs make American Alarm unique in its commitment to customer service. No other security company in New England that we know of offers a lifetime warranty or a free annual inspection.

For our business security system customers, we offer a wide range of service plans because we understand that each business has its unique needs. Our security service plans allow facility managers to choose the service coverage they need, and not pay for elements they don't need.
