go above and beyond their expectations.  J has those qualities we see in some of our star performers.  Not only did J clean up and mark all of the camera wires, he worked with me via Nextel to ensure that each camera view was to my satisfaction.  Finally, at the completion of the job J sat with me to review the system and answer any questions and responded to every question professionally regardless of how simple.
