Many of our new customers come to us from referrals of existing customers. That’s how it happened recently in South Boston, where an existing customer of American Alarm’s referred us to her daughter’s family which had some pressing security concerns.

There had been a rash of break-ins in the immediate area of the daughter’s home and both our existing customer and her daughter wanted protection. The daughter owns a three-family building in South Boston, living in one unit and renting the others. We worked with her to design and install a security system zoned for each of the apartments and the common areas, which were controlled by the owner. So far, the system has done its job of deterrence and our new customer’s property has been secure.
