April 8th, 2007 - Allston, MA - Burglar Alarm Save
At 4:11 am our central station received a burglar alarm signal from the entry motion from a Liquor Store in Allston. Our operator, Tom K., called the Police Department for a dispatch. Police Department apprehended the suspect in the store and recovered all the attempted stolen property. They then had to board up the front door and side panel that were damaged/broken to gain access. Another great save!

March 21, 2007 – Newton, MA - Home Alarm Fire Save
When Mrs. N. Left to walk her dog she left the stove on accidentally. When she got home the Fire Department was on site and had everything under control. The monitored home alarm system with fire alarm signaled American Alarm to notify the fire department and avioded a potentially disastrous situation. When Mrs. N spoke to Scott in Central Station, she kept repeating "You guys are the BEST!" She was extremely grateful.
